The remaining Terms of Service below are a draft for legal review.

DRAFT FOR LEGAL REVIEW — NOT EFFECTIVE. Prepared October 3, 2026. This document is a proposed outline, not finalized Terms of Service. Reading it or completing the site's age/research confirmations does not accept this draft.

1. Operator and scope

PG Labs is the site brand. Legal operator: [full legal name of the new LLC — to be supplied]. Formation details, business address and effective date are pending. This draft does not identify Rieser Consulting LLC as the operator or state that the new entity has been formed.

The proposed terms concern member access, the catalog, purchases if enabled, certificates of analysis (COAs), order support and the separate affiliate features.

2. Access and accounts

New accounts require separate acknowledgments that the person is at least 21 and authorized to access materials for laboratory research, only during account creation. Existing account holders sign in normally. These are self-declarations, not identity or researcher verification. Keep account credentials private and provide accurate account details. Account access and private records are restricted to the relevant member and authorized staff.

3. Research materials and product information

The site's stated intended use for research items is laboratory research, not human or animal consumption or medical treatment. The site does not provide medical advice. Research-use labels, age declarations and these proposed terms do not establish that an item may lawfully be marketed or sold. Products, claims, actual intended use and sales locations require separate legal review.

Sample products, illustrative images, example prices and “coming soon” items are identified in the preview. Final product specifications, stock, pricing and permitted destinations must be confirmed before real sales.

4. Preview orders and future purchases

Test checkout is explicitly labeled: it collects no payment, causes no shipment, reduces no inventory and generates no affiliate commission. A test confirmation is not a paid-order receipt.

The current sales policy is: All sales are final, except where a return, refund, or other remedy is required by applicable law. Payment methods, currency, taxes, shipping destinations/rates, handling estimates, order acceptance, cancellations and damage-claim handling require separate approval. This draft sets no delivery guarantee or acceptance deadline. Applicable rights are not waived by this draft.

5. COAs and batch references

Where available, a COA relates to the identified product, batch and report revision. Check those identifiers against the item. Protected report downloads require member access; a QR reference may retain a specific report revision. A report or QR label is not a government approval, a medical recommendation or a guarantee about every item or its suitability for a particular use.

6. Support and account recovery

Signed-in members can submit private order/general questions and permitted damage photos through Help. Staff replies and updates appear onsite. Public account-help and password recovery are separate. The support email is [to be supplied]; response hours and service deadlines are not yet set. Preview email delivery and uploads may be disabled as described on that preview.

7. Affiliate features

Affiliate enrollment is separate from ordinary member access. Codes can attribute eligible orders to an affiliate. Rankings display codes and aggregate sales/order totals to authorized affiliates. Commission rates and payout terms require separate approval. Payout records document payments made outside the site; they do not transfer money. No payment timing, minimum or commission rate is promised here.

8. Information and changes

See the Privacy draft for the observed data flows and unresolved production settings. Final document versions, approval, effective date, notice of changes, applicable law and dispute procedures remain for the operator and legal reviewer to decide. This draft creates no arbitration requirement, liability cap or indemnity obligation.
